Frequently Asked Questions A LA CARTE

  • When you fill our our inquiry form, we will reach out to confirm our availability and gather your floral details, quantities and inspiration for your colour palette.

    Once your colours are coordinated, you will be sent an invoice for your order which will be due in full to secure your date.

    Once your order is secured, you will receive a one page visual guide for your colour palette and floral varieties to help you visualize what you will be receiving the day of your event. A La Carte orders will be delivered by 10:00am on the event date.

    Most A La Carte orders are easily coordinated by email, but we can accommodate a phone call if that is your preference.

  • No minimum here! You can order a singular floral item if you wish.

    Please note that there is a delivery charge for all A La Carte orders, which is subject to location.

  • A La Carte orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

    We suggest inquiring no later than 4 weeks before your event, to allow time for colour palette coordination. A La Carte is a first come first served basis, your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Yes for sure! We would love to create something bespoke for you. Please be sure to include your inspiration in your inquiry.

  • Other than the ability to chose a custom colour palette, you must select from the offerings on the menu.

  • No. We do our best to accommodate floral requests but cannot ensure specific varieties. Floral availability is based on seasonality and grower availability.

    For example: Peonies requested for a September wedding will not be accommodated to as peonies are only available for a short time in Spring.

  • Yes. A La Carte orders are delivery only. In order to ensure that you receive your flowers in the most perfect condition. Pricing is subject to location.
