We work closely with couples to understand their vision, using seasonal flowers and natural elements to craft designs that enhance the event. From large installations to delicate details, each piece is thoughtfully created to represent their unique love story and energy.

OUR PROCESS
Inquiry
Complete our inquiry form with details of your event.
We will confirm our availability and send you our Wedding + Event Guide which outlines our pricing and booking process.
Consultation
Your virtual consultation will run through all the details of your event. Based on all the details we collect, a first estimate will be sent to you for review.
Estimate
Once you have received and reviewed your estimate, we can fine tune details so that you feel ready to move forward to the retainer process.
Booking + Retainer
You will be given a service agreement to review and sign. Our availability for your event date is confirmed once the contract is signed and retainer is received.
Visual Proposal
After your retainer is received, a multi-page custom visual aid will be made for your event, detailing all of your floral varieties, decor selections and colours. You can use this as a visual guide for yourself and other vendors during your planning process. Your final details meeting will also be scheduled at this time.
Additional consultations are available and may be required depending on your desired setup requirements and changes to the floral order (ie. site visits, decor rental meetings etc).
Final Details
Six weeks before your event date, we will have a final details meeting to confirm the floral order, quantities and make any final adjustments.
The Wedding Day
Our energetic and creative designers will finesse every detail of your special day. From packing + delivery, setup, transfer of your florals, and breakdown of the event. The day is finally here!

Our full service floral design for weddings includes an in-depth consultation process, planning and aesthetic advice and sample meetings prior to the event date. You will be provided a completely personalized multipage client package which can be used as a visual aid for your wedding planning process.
On the day of your setup, we will expertly pack and deliver your personal florals, giving you and your bridal party instructions on how to hold and handle your flowers throughout the day.
Our team will set up all ceremony flowers, reception flowers, candles, and decor to planned specifications, handling any transfer and placement of ceremony flowers following the ceremony. We will take care of everything, allowing you and your loved ones the time to enjoy your day to the fullest.
At the end of the evening, a setup crew will come collect and inventory all rentals, installations and remove any discarded florals.

Yes, in order to maintain our unwavering standard and artistic creativity, we cannot offer full service designing to events with budgets less than $6000.00.

The more details the better! Your date, venue, approximate guest count, bridal party size and budget are the most important information to start with.
Please note, we do not offer consultations for event dates over 14 months out.
